Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. With the exception of some select items and pieces specifically made to your measurements, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
For all returns or exchanges, please email us using CONTACT within 5 days of your order delivery date and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 15 days of your RA# request.
Returns (including returns or exchanges) received outside of this time period are accepted at the discretion of Nothing Nice New York and can only be refunded as a store credit.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Send an email using the Contact Page.
2. Once your return is authorized by a brand under The Hormeku Group, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. Please pack the item in original packaging. Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice. Ship the items to the address provided with the RA#
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
